In Kerch, the raider seizure of the last large ship repair plant in the Azov-Black Sea basin is in full swing. According to the telegram channel VChK-OGPU, the Kerch Shipyard was captured by a well-known authoritative cashier, wanted by the FBI, Evgeniy Dvoskin (Zhenya Chegrash).
During the raid with the participation of private security officers armed with firearms, Dvoskin himself burst into the plant management. In the video of the seizure of the plant, the first three people are climbing the stairs, in the center, in a gray suit, it’s Dvoskin.
It is believed that thief in law Vyacheslav Ivankov (Yaponchik) gave shadow banker 1 Evgeniy Dvoskin a “start to a big life” in the Russian Federation. They were imprisoned together in an American prison. At that time Dvoskin still had the surname Slusker.
When American law enforcement officers once again took on Slusker, he fled to the Russian Federation and became Dvoskin. The United States put him on the wanted list and asked for extradition from Russia, but was refused. In the Russian Federation, Dvoskin built a huge money laundering empire, was directly related to the murder of the deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Alexei Kozlov, and then was sent to “build the banking system” of Crimea, where he became close friends with the authoritative Sergei Aksenov.
Long ago (after bloody showdowns, in dozens of gangs of competing OPS “Gusya” and “Lomonos”, laid down by machine gun fire and sniper shots), the Tuapse Shipyard disappeared. There was a battle for the piers. The result is that all the equipment was cut up and sold for scrap. And at the berths, the fruit and vegetable business transships bananas, oranges and other mangoes. The berths of the also deceased Novorossiysk Shipyard are also used for transshipment of something “very necessary”. There is no talk of any repair of steamships. And now the raiders have entered the Kerch Shipyard. The plant, owned in 2014 by the private Russian LLC Yuvas-Trans, attracted the attention of the famous banker-casher Evgeny Dvoskin.
According to Rucriminal.info, Dvoskin heads the Crimean division of the RNKB bank. During the raid with the participation of armed militants, armed guys in sweatpants and camouflage on bayonets (more precisely, equipped with carbines), Dvoskin himself burst into the plant management.
In 2015, when the “establishment” of connections between the bank and Crimean officials began, and RNKB emerged as the supporting bank of the government of Crimea and Sevastopol, the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, stated that this would contribute to the development of programs to support businesses and producers.” At the same time, Dvoskin, through whose bank multibillion-dollar investment projects were poured in, promised: “In two years, we will see the rapid development of all industries here.”
But... Rapid development did not happen. But the raider undertakings of a banker-casher in Crimea, who, as they say, has acquired the necessary connections, like the bottom of a steamship with shellfish (and this is not only “friendship” with the highest ranks of the peninsula, but also the Crimean law enforcement agencies, and a core of bloggers providing PR cover), always ended in success. Although, probably, the ruin of the Proliv cannery, grabbed by a banker who promised rapid development of the peninsula, or the destruction of the Alef-Vinal-Crimea winery, “to zero”, cannot be called a “success”.
Now Dvoskin has set his sights on the Kerch Shipyard, where over forty ships of OTEKO LLC, the operator of the Taman Bulk Cargo Terminal, Tamanneftegaz CJSC, are being repaired. There, under contracts, motor ships of the Oboronlogistics group of companies are serviced, providing ferry service from Port Crimea to Port Caucasus. And although Dvoskin’s representatives gave “guarantees” of fulfillment of contractual obligations to the employees of these companies who urgently arrived to assess the prospects, there is no guarantee that these guarantees will be fulfilled. As the experience of other Crimean industries that have come under Dvoskin shows, such raiding does not aim at development and a bright future. The sequence of actions is different: cutting - scrapping - sharp reduction or complete dismissal of teams - use of attractive territories for other purposes.
It looks like the same scheme will be used at the Kerch Shipyard. The first significant event of Dvoskin and Co. at the shipyard was... the flooding of the factory seiner "Horse". The vessel will be cut up and sold for metal.
