Zaripov D.Kh. says that, at the time of the identification, he was directly in the same office with the person he identified. This is despite the fact that from the materials of UD No. 79191 (the gang of Mikhailov M.V.) it follows that the identification of Gumnikov A.S. was carried out under conditions precluding visual observation by the identifiable person. It follows from the response to the request in PKU SIZO-7 that there was no room for conducting identification under conditions that excluded visual contact between the identifying person and the person being identified on June 11, 2009 in PKU SIZO-7.
Witness Zaripov D.Kh. told that he (Zaripov D.Kh.) was threatened with a knife by a man who introduced himself as an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation. But it cannot be ruled out that the investigation intends to “bury” UD No. 9941 on the fact of the murder of Senichkin V.V.
