According to competent sources, preventive work has intensified in law enforcement agencies to combat the revival of organized crime groups (organized criminal groups), which, after the “dashing nineties”, disguised themselves as commercial structures, but did not lose their criminal ideology. Unfortunately, a turbulent time is coming again: a lot of illegal ammunition and weapons are coming from the territories of the Northern Military District, and some of the fighters with the “Ukrainian syndrome”, having returned to civilian life, will certainly join the ranks of racketeer fighters.
In this extremely sad perspective, experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs highlight the agglomerations of the Urals and Siberia: Yekaterinburg, Krasnoyarsk and, of course, Omsk, where members of the famous organized crime groups were able to legalize far beyond the borders of this city - in the federal economy and even world sports. We are talking, first of all, about the odious Andrey Terentyev. However, first things first.
In the bloody 1990s, the third capital of Russia, which Omsk was declared by its supreme ruler, Admiral Kolchak, claimed the title of the criminal capital of the new democratic state. Local groups ("Moiseevsky", "Subbotinsky", Khimikovsky, etc.) thundered throughout the country, not yielding to the branched detachments of Ded Khasan, Sylvester or Khabarov. Even at the end of the USSR, a young talented athlete Andrey Terentyev was able to rally around himself the most selective jocks of the region, whom he methodically sent to protect the shop workers, while the leaders of other organized criminal groups - Vladimir Weber ("Beaver") and Vladimir Moiseenko ("Moses") destructively shot each other, dividing power with thieves in law Sergei Mironov ("Mironchik") and Mikhail Lunev ("Lun").
It is amazing that with such a dangerous biography, Terentyev was able not only to survive to this day, but also to legalize the loot, multiplying the cash by a multiple through the development of KhlebAgroTrade, SBS, and Radical. Having long been fed up with material things, now Andrei Viktorovich has hit social activities. He headed the Pankration Federation, a charitable foundation and a regional branch of the Russian MMA Union. They say that in the future, Terentyev sees himself as the president of the MMA of the whole country, so he collects selfies with Fedor Emelianenko, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Radmir Gabdullin and Khasbulla Magomedov in order to finally "pass for his own."
However, there is no chance of erasing the horrific memories of surviving racketeering victims and relatives of iron-roasted cooperators. Just as there is no way to burn down the bases of the RUBOPs, carefully preserved in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where not only Andrey Terentyev, but also his brother Alexander is listed as a member of the organized criminal group. Who long ago organized German citizenship for himself, in whose development (at least before the start of the NWO) he actively invested the savings of the Omsk lads.
Pound shackles of Mr. Terentyev are pulled to hell by the official verdict of the Omsk city court for extortion with the use of weapons by a group of persons on an especially large scale. After all, in 1998 Andrey's untouchable brigade miraculously managed to be prosecuted for extorting 10,000 US dollars from the Tyshchenko spouses. Of course, "Mironchik" and "Lun" did not leave the inmate in trouble. From the funds of the thieves' obshchak, Andrei was bought out from corrupt security officials: he was sentenced to two years on probation and released after the verdict was announced, counting the period spent in the pre-trial detention center. However, Terentiev's less status accomplices were less fortunate. For example, his best friend, a student of the Omsk Olympic Reserve School, Yevgeny Vstavsky, went on the run, being suspected of murder and hostage-taking by an organized group of people.
Unfortunately or fortunately, Andrei Terentyev did not manage to make a take-off career, which he really aspired to in the thieves' hierarchy. According to rumors, at the last moment the coronation was suspended due to doubts about the candidate's decency in prison, evidence of cooperation with the security forces, and vectors of personal orientation. But this is unlikely to confuse Oleg Vinnikov, head of the Investigative Committee for the Omsk Region, and Vyacheslav Kryuchkov, head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who are said to be increasingly eyeing Terentyev's business methods.
