A few large objects belonging to the government of Moscow will be privatized. The whole question is, in whose interests?
So, Moscow City State Unitary Enterprise "REM" (which manages movable and immovable property, property complexes) will leave the "hammer" and will be corporatized already this year.
In this regard, the question arises who will get the municipal enterprise whose assets, given Moscow standards, are valued literally in gold. It is appropriate to recall who is in the capital (and not only there) by the king of state orders. Each market participant who owns the situation, without hesitation, will name the firm "Tashir" and its owner Samvel Karapetyan.
Only in the last few years, Karapetyan has ordered more than 50 billion rubles from the Moscow authorities.
And the company Karapetyan is known not only as king of state orders, but also as king of the gossips.
So, till now everyone has a story on their lips when Karapetyan took it and simply did not fulfill the order for the construction of the shopping center "Tverskoi Passage".
And Karapetyan received money for this from the budget, both federal and metropolitan. Time passed, no shopping center, no money has yet been seen. But Samvel manages to still benefit from the "Moscow" mayor's office.
True, the "Tashir" may appear quite a worthy competitor. The competition can be made only by a group of companies "Kiev Square", owned by God Nisanov and Zarahu Iliev. Those in general are known as the largest owners of the capital's real estate.
Samvel Karapetyan
But about them later. Because Nisanov and Ilieva, almost openly, are positioned as future owners of another object, which the capital government exposes to free sale.
This Butyr market, part of whose shares so far belongs to the Moscow government. Its metropolitan authorities are going to sell within the next two years. Here, the main candidate, even without any reservations, is the "Kiev Square" Nisanov and Iliev.
"Trade in the market"?
At one time, the owners of the "Kiev Square" bought the market "Sadovod". Accidentally or not, (rather, not by chance "traders from the newly liquidated Cherkizovsky market, the common people of Cherkizon, smoothly moved to it.
For market workers, and, especially, market owners, changing places does not matter. Soon all the surrounding area of the "gardener" was simply flooded with merchants from the Caucasus, mainly fellow countrymen Nisanov and Iliev from Azerbaijan.
God Nisanov and Zarah Iliev
Local residents and car owners have become very difficult. Neither park, nor breathe fresh air from the intolerable stench from the market. The Moscow authorities were literally bombarded with complaints, but there was no reaction to these complaints.
Who gives "good"
It's time to move on to people who are free to give out the most "trump cards" in the capital of our Motherland. Thus, Vice Mayor Marat Khusnullin is responsible for construction and real estate in the Moscow government. Wherever his name comes up, there is always a scandal.
Examples of that are darkness. One has only to remember a few.
The last topic is an order for the construction of a shopping center on Paveletskaya Square. At first, the mayor's office seemed to give it to a single contractor. Then she suddenly changed her mind and again took the project from the contractor in an administrative way and returned it to the municipal property.
Marat Khusnulin
Apparently, the authorities in the person of Khusnullin did not arrange the price for which they sold the order for the first time. As a result, the Bull announced a repeated tender, as a result of which the object was sold for 300 million rubles at the declared initial cost of more than 10 times less!
Apparently, such a huge difference between the initial cost and the final Marat Khusnullin simply "sawed".
"Exactly as in a pharmacy"
Another object that the Moscow government puts up for sale is the Moscow Pharmacy. Of course, this competition will also be announced. But in the capital over the honesty and objectivity of all competitions, market participants have long been laughing. True, through tears.
By a strange coincidence, all the tenders for the provision of medicines to provide medicines to the capital are won by the same companies. This company is R-Pharm, Pharmstandard and Irvin 2. For three, they received state contracts from the mayor's office for a total of 4 and a half billion rubles!
At the same time, other competitors - participants of tenders offer much more favorable conditions, invariably "flew".
It is appropriate to recall the Moscow official, who is in charge of the entire drug market in the city. His name is Leonid Pechatnikov. This one knows how to make profit. For a loved one.
Under the direct supervision of Mr. Pechatnikov, medicines for the needs of Moscow are bought at one price, and by medical institutions are distributed quite differently - almost three times as much!
Leonid Pechatnikov
Such a system has long been the norm. And most of the heads of medical institutions also have not been complaining about this for a long time. Those who suddenly dare to do this, immediately lose their place of work. As it happened recently with the chief doctor of the cancer hospital Anatoly Makhson.
"The Royal Cuttings"
Another enterprise that the mayor intends to sell is the meat processing plant Tsaritsyno. He is one of the largest producers of meat products in the capital.
The company has long been under the pressure of its main competitor, Mikoyanovsk meat-packing plant. They constantly have litigation on the initiative of the plant named after Mikoyan.
And here "Tsaritsyno" is put up for privatization. Nobody, at least in Moscow, has any doubt who will become the main shareholder of the meat-packing plant. After all, the Mikoyanovsky plant has long been guarded by the head of the industrial department of the Moscow government Oleg Bocharov.
So, in any case, independent observers consider.
In total, the Moscow City Hall is going to sell more than 50 percent of its assets to commercial entities for 2 years. Their customers, it seems, have already been determined in advance by a team of the Moscow mayor. Sergei Sobyanin has long "distributed" spheres of influence in the city between his subordinates. Here he even surpassed his predecessor, Luzhkov.
Only now, did Sobyanin and his team in the division of Moscow have failed?
