Rucriminal.info became aware of a story when an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation extorted 150 million rubles from a major businessman right in the pre-trial detention center. Received a refusal. After that, the wife of an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation, the deputy chairman of the court, took up the case. And the businessman went to prison for eight and a half years.
In 2015, Vyacheslav Kochubeev, a major entrepreneur from Magnitogorsk, who previously owned the Verkhneuralsky distillery, divorced his wife. They divorced with a scandal. In the same 2015, the cottage, which was issued to Kochubeeva, was re-registered to Kochubeev's brother. Nothing happened for five years, and then Kochubeev's wife wrote an SMS with threats, to which he did not respond. As it turned out, the reason that the ex-wife of Kochubeev launched the attack five years later turned out to be simple - she was taken under their "wing" by the local FSB officers, who knew that Kochubeev had something to profit from.
And in 2020, a fraud case is initiated against Kochubeev, who allegedly deceived his wife when registering real estate, and thereby stole her house. Kochubeev is immediately sent to a pre-trial detention center. Later, realizing that Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud) is a bit "crooked", the case is reclassified as no less "crooked" extortion, and torture is added to "fix" it (supposedly he beat his wife constantly for many years of marriage). But the most interesting thing is that operational support under such articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is carried out by .... the local FSB.
According to a Rucriminal.info source, FSB officer Maxim Dyachenko, whose wife Ksenia Dyachenko, is the deputy chairman of the Ordzhonikidzevsky court of Magnitogorsk, twice visits Kochubeev in the pre-trial detention center. According to Kochubeev, Dyachenko, whom he had never seen before in his life, received a proposal to resolve the issue with the case and be released. For this, an employee of the FSB of the Russian Federation requested 150 million rubles. Kochubeev gave his refusal.
Further, the FSB continues to support the case, the case is sent to the Ordzhonikidzevsky court, where Dyachenko’s wife is among the leaders, where on January 19, 2023 Kochubeev was sentenced to 8 years and 6 months in a strict regime colony.
